30 years between runs

Well, we must be a bunch of hicks around here, or these cars you guys are talking about wouldn't be classified as street cars in these parts.

If the only requirement for a street car is that it can physically be placed on a public street, or used in a street race, then we had lots of 10 second 80s cars here too.

If you're talking about cars that can be driven on the highway for an hour to the track, have heat, seats, lights, then the number diminishes pretty rapidly.

A basically stock 340 running 11's...i love my 340's and have owned several but, i don't think so...

I Have One in a 68 Barracuda with a 727 and 4.88 Gears and FULL Street Trim Through the Mufflers and Street Tires that has run 11.8001.I HAVE the Time Slips to prove it.It Is Stock X-Heads,MP Single Plane Manifold,.030 TRW Pistons,STOCK 273 Crank,Rods,Rockers, and a .590 MP Cam.

No offense intended, but this doesn't sound basically stock to me (not that it isn't impressive). LOL!

When you say stock X heads, do you mean untouched Chrysler stock, or Super Stock stock?

What kind of 60' you get out of that thing?
