1967 273 V8 change to 6-pack carbs

I have a stock 273 in my 67 Cuda, with a 509 solid purple shaft cam
with a single 495 cfm Holley.
my motor can't handle much more than that, and my last set of plugs didn't last long either.
if you use that set-up with that much fuel it may wash out the rings down the road.
