440 vs 383

hey , Guys I need Some Help .. i Own a 76 Duster body work is all done hemi orange ect . . . now its time for the motor i have a 67 383 that i wanna build but i can get a 440 for a a good price that needs to be rebuilt......

Also what parts from a 440 fit on a 383 ?

What are the pros and cons of a 383 and 440 . .
