engine is done!

No, it's not the Dart's stroker. This is the chebby truck I have to get finished with first. But hey, this puts me one step closer to working on the Dart again. And yes, the 416 for the Dart will put this one to shame.







I got it fired up late this afternoon. That big block sounded pretty good thru open headers. :thumrigh:

Thanks guys. It has taken a lot of time, and even more $$ to get to this point. But rest assured, the Dart will have it's day.

I was originally going to paint the Dart's stoker motor Chrysler Blue (I already bought the paint!). But after working with this orange chevy motor and seeing how it looks with the polished aluminum and black painted accent pieces, I think the Dart's motor will get a coat of hemi orange. It just looks soo cool.
