My advice consists of the following..........

Earplugs
Duct Tape
Downers

If that doesn't keep them out of your hair, threaten them with a ride in the Dart down to were all the 'cool' kids hang out and you will embarrass them in front of everybody by doing something stupid or silly. Usually that will keep them in line.
