HP 440 RATEING ... How much power will i have ?

You might get it with that intake. Probably not, but you might. It's a 7.8:1 440 that you are overcamming. You may need to have the heads machined to run the required valve springs if it runs a single with dampner now. Might also need new retainers for the double springs if stockcers were used. I would go down one step on the cam, and run the Edelbrock RPM with that combo. The CH4B is not a performance manifold. Just lighter.
