I'm ready to call the Rio Ranch police chief and let him know i was traveling through his fair city and just happen to observe this hehavior by 3 of his finist while eating at an IHOP and was thinking of bringing my business to his area but will probably be doing some reconsidering due to this conduct by a "Public Servant".
