Wanted: Early to late 60's PCV valve set up

I don't have a picture of the can but I do have a pic from ebay of the style of valve set up I need.

I guess the valve goes into a can from the top and is held inside the can with a clip of some sort underneath and then the assembly is pushed down onto the valve cover tube.
