Fricken cops!!

I think a lot of folks here went off on a tangent because of their own bad experiences with cops, and I could certainly add my share to that, but I see this more as a bad management problem. Your lady said it was going to get busy and get more staff, they said no and naturally service suffered. An understanding person be it a cop or not would have complained (if they just had to) about the shortage of staff not the bad service, as regulars they should have known better.
