For '66 Valiant I need a auto column shift "torque shaft.

just looked at my parts and I don't have it. Mine was a manual and had the z-bar linkage.:( Good luck finding it though. Can't you just go to true value or a steel store? It looks like it's just a steel rod that your parts attach to.
