General advice and help please

My advice: Do your homework, see who offers the parts you need. If other then Laysons, go there. If what you need is only available from Layson's, contact them by e-mail (paper trail), and tell them EXACtLY what you want/expect. Get e-mail confirmation of the transaction, including shipping date/price/item part number/description. Pay by credit card. If there are any problems, you can dispute the charges with the credit card company. This gives you leverage, if the seller gives you a hard time about correcting the problem.

I don't think anyone is in jail. As for "Rick", he is just an employee. Dave Layson still has the final say-so on anything, no mater what Rick says, and I don't trust Dave.
