Darn Turn Signals !!

I replaced the switch..and thanks for the reply. My backup lights work good...and everything else does to really....besides my speedo light wants to work when it feels up to it. So if my backup lights are connected by the same feed...I wonder how I am not getting any voltage in or out of the switch ? What about grounds ? Anyone one know how these things are grounded ? ...As always thanks for the excellent Info !!!!
