Its called a quick release pin used in air craft and racing.Install new bushing and get a 5/16 or 3/8 QR pin and bore the bushing to fit.Pins are then installed from the middle of the door up and the other from the middle down.This can also be done with large nail that has been drilled with a hole for a safety pin,and a flat washer to the top to aid in removal,mrmopartech
