First off I finally got a good deal for my 69 Dart.Thease are the American racing outlaw II searies 62 14x7 5 on 4.Too my door shipping and 4 rims was 642.00 canadian.My Question is do you see the small cut out were the lugs go.I have not seen this befor on any rims I have had in the past any thoughts.
