Here is some math that comes in handy. OGR stands for Overall Gear Raito. If you know what the ratio the 727 is in when it's in OD then you can go from there.
EXAMPLE: 3.55 X .75 = 2.66
1) REAR GEAR x TRANS GEAR = OGR (2002 45RFE= .75 / 2003-up 545RFE= .67)
EXAMPLE: 70MPH x 2.66 x 336 / 31" = 2018RPM
2 ) SPEED x OGR x 336 / TIRE HEIGHT = RPM
I can't remember exactly but my trans I believe is .65 in OD. I have the 46RE trans.
