Get a running core engine, replace the head gaskets with .028 MP ones, mill heads .030 and the intake flanges .028. Stick a small cam, Comp High Energy 268, or XE256H, replace the valve springs and remove the rotaters, bolt it back together with an HV oil pump, a good timing set, and run it.
