Couple cool pics of my Demon

RJ,
First let me say that the work that is being done on your car is first class. I have seen many fabrication jobs on many different platforms ( I spent years fabbing stainless and aluminum in a number of different industries), your work rates up there with the best. No matter how many tries it took, you have come up with a final design that works and looks sharp.
Question: did you buy the tubs pre-fabbed? If so where?
When you tubbed it did you have to put temp bracing in when you took out the cross members at the back seat?
Keep the pics comming Im accumulating them as a reference album:toothy10:

Thanks Andrew

The guy doing a bunch of the work has been involved in a laundry list of top end street rods built by a nationally known shop here on the West coast. I am just glad he likes me :-D

The tubs were not pre-fabbed, made for the car....better fit this way. Did those several years ago, before I had a digital camera. A couple pieces of 1" square tubing to support was used to brace it from side-side. The trunk floor was cut out at the same time.

Putting a 2" strip of metal down the middle of the factory tubs would have been easier. It would still hold a 345mm tire and the trunk hinges wouldnt had to have been modified as much
