pros and cons of a 9 3/4 rearend

I have one in my car. Custom width to get the wheels and tires to fit just right. Put it in and forget about it. I switched from an 8 3/4 back in 2002 and saw no change in E.T. from the added weight. Bullet proof. I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever and i must be in the minority because I would actually rather change gears in a Dana than an 8 3/4.

Cons: Car housings with a snubber mount a becoming rare and some people cringe at the thought of cutting one. I did it anyways. :evil4:
