Early A 22" radiator saddle

Yes, the Barracuda was a late year build,
and from the input/complaints of dealers, {and Customers} Chrysler had enlarged the radiator for the V8 cars.

My Valiant was built in the first month of the 273 V8 intro.
and had the "normal" small opening.

I would guess, that most of the 1965 cars had the larger opening,
to cut costs, one radiator support was most likely made, and the small 1963-64 19" ones were used up as time went along.

Could be, 64 was a half model year. My car was built in July 64. Haven't looked into the Signet yet, but its a 65.

Bottom line is there were a few 64's built with a 22 inch radiator. I would have to say that the 65 Signet I have is a mystery because it started out life as a 170 /6 automatic non-a/c car, It has a 22 inch radiator in it too, not original but it bolts right up.
