t5 trans swap?

McLeod Industries 139002- $142.69 master cyl
Wilwood 260-1333- $73.95 attached pic- slave cyl

i did some research and found these. i am confused on the slave cyl. why dose it have a rod coming out both ends? would it be push/pull?
