Electric VS standard fan

My cars fine until its over 80 degrees during the summer, on the hottest days it will get well over 200, sometimes between 212-230. I would just like it to run under 195 during the hottest days.

that is not the same brand of fan but basicly the same thing im using, will the clutch fan pull more air than mine?
