(For Sale?) Hello VIVIAN!! 1967 Barracuda Fastback resto.

Not trying to throw fire on open flame's but as far as what Audi would/wouldn't do, dealership level or mfr'ing wise I remember back in '79 I was working as a line mechanic at a Pontiac/GMC/Honda dealer. Honda's didn't have the reputation they do today, and Honda discovered a problem with I think it was a head gasket. I was on the Pontiac/GMC side, so I could be wrong with the head gasket. Honda made a bold move and deceided to fix/rebuild any Civic that had any signs of antifreeze not being where it was supposed to be. There was a steady stream of Civic's with 80K miles on them getting engines rebuilt....made for a lot of repeat customers. In the same time frame Audi had a major hiccup that they would not acknowledge or recall. As I remeber it was the trans slipping out of "park" into gear...could be wrong on the specific's, but the outcome was it just about killed off Audi being sold in the state's.

Now get the fine piece of engineering sold (honestly, I am impressed with Audi's) and get back to the B'cuda.
