1974 Plymouth Scamp

Steve...I thought we had a deal? I offered to send you a down payment on your car you gave me your WORD none was necessary and that you would hold the car for me. I have done my part in purchasing a flight, exchanging cash, required customs paperwork and other loose ends. Just like we agreed. Then come home to see a post "car is sold" no phone call no nothing??? Being a young family man that works hard for my money we (my family) are now out over $500.00!!! or a weeks pay however you want to look at it. I can understand if a better deal came along...money talks... but, not even the courtesy of a phone call? I am a simple guy but here in Canada and FABO a guys WORD is good and solid. Is it different in Arkansas? Or is this the Ford way.
