Rotator or Non-Rotator Valve Springs

I was looking into getting Edelbrock valve springs to match my Edlelbrock Performer RPM cam for my 383. The book gives a part # for Rotator and Non Rotator, does anyone know the difference or which ones to go with? I'm using stock 383 heads. Thanks
