torsion bar adjust....

There is a bolt in the lower control arm "LCA" Turn it clock wise to bring the front end up and counter clock wise to bring it down. You will need to jack the front end of the car up to unload the T bars and mabby some WD-40.
Turn the bolt and count each turn. Do the same number of turns to the other side so you can keep the car leavel from side to side.

You should get a service manual it has this kind of info in it and will help you out a lot.
