Did this Guy agree to stand by his work for a year?Yes I believe so
Did the body guy come up with the figure to charge?Yes I believe so
Did the body Guy say well I am only charging you $3000.00 so I am only going to do a half *** job?Probably not.
Yes you get what you pay for but this Guy should stand by his work.
