Shikt Kit instructions

I got a b&m shift kit, 10225, in the mail the other day, looking through the box I see that I only have the outer page of instructions. I called b&m, they are willing to fax me the instructions but dont have it in email format and I dont have a fax machine. Just wondering if anyone has the instructions handy? It would be much appreciated, if not I am stumped on whats next.
