What's it gonna run

you might be thinkin of a 59deg block.. I have a R1 block : These have a large "R1" logo on the passenger side front of the block. The biggest change in the R1 series was the addition of 18 head bolt bosses for use with the 48 degree large "W" series 7/8/9 heads.

It makes no nevermind what valve angle of the head is or what the lifter angle of the block. The valve is close to the cyl wall. This is why sm. blk. Chev experts have tried (and with some success) to coax the int. flow towards the centre line of the cylinder wall. And we all know how hampered the bowtie head is because the valve doesn't open on centre. Don't get me wrong. You've got a good setup with lots of potential, and I'm sure you'll run some fine times. There are guys running nine's with eddy heads with about the same cube so the fact that you won't be getting the full benefit of your flow numbers shouldn't bother you. Air flow is not always the only answer. Who cares? Just have fun hangin' on........
