Lean burn questions

I just picked up a 440 out of a 1976 New Yorker for my 65 Dart, it has no vacuum advance and 2 extra wires coming out of the distributor I am assuiming this is a lean burn setup. I am switching the ignition to a Mopar performance electronic and will putting a Edelbrock 750. Besides the ignition and carbs are there other difference in these motors or anything else I should be aware of?
