Holley or Demon??

The only problems I've had ar elack of experience with them..(for me..) They take holley parts, and look like holleys, but they arent. They like to be what i'd call very lean. At least that's my experience so far. Where in a similar sized Holley I might run 78 jets, the Demons like 70 or 72s. That's because they are really really good at what they do. But that translates into very finicky for me. Money wise, I'd rather just run a Holley. They had some serious problems with crud in the bowls brand new before, but I think that has been addressed fairly well..I dont hear a lot about that anymore.
