rear vallance

I just went to check out a "69 barracuda rear vallance" and I can't quite figure out what it is off of. It has shorty back up lights towards the ends of the piece and no flat spot in the middle for a plate. Anyone know what this is off of ?????
Dimentions appear to be close if not the same and it's a little flatter than 67-69 not as much of a roll to it
