Decode help! W24 "Styled Road Wheels Class 3"

Are you sure it is not W21, which are the Rallye Wheels?
In 1970 you had 4 choices.
Steel rims with dog dish hubcabs, wheel covers, wire wheel covers or Rallye wheels. And the WSW tires had 2 small white stripes.
