Torque strap?
Sorry Coyote..My old PC croaked, my wife bought this new one, but my POS "Ebay usage" (makes everythign look nicer..lol) camera wont talk to this one. You can also make a plate that can be sandwiched between the bracket(engine) side of the mount biscuit, keep it longer by a couple of inches, and drill a hole in it, and run a chain or turnbuckle to that. My chains were run from the sway bar bracket (on an E body tho..not and A) or the K frame itself, and was what ever length I needed. The trunbuckle is larger, has 3/8 dia threads and large enclosed eyes on both ends. The chain is attached to one end, the other eye gets attached to the block/head/anywhere you can that will take soem force. Then, I tighten it up, mark the spot, loosen it, andd use a dab of blue loctite, then retighten. But, I like to leave a little slack. you dont want it to be the mount, just support it when it's stressed.
