72 Duster A/C Fan Switch Wanted

I meet a guy at a show on Saturday that I have not seen in 2 years.

He has a 72 340 Duster. and he mentioned that he needs a fan switch.
It is a factory A/C Car.
The switch is this one..moves side to side.
