Upper rad hose - big block Duster

Cant find an upper hose anywhere. The existing hose looks to have been cut to fit. 440 motor in a 72 Duster, aluminum rad with neck on passenger side.

Existing hose is a gates, numbers are 76EX50, C07 11 6, D246
