Depends what you want. It sounded to me like most posters wanted to really rejuvenate their cars. But is all that is desired is a look, then sure, re-arching, helper springs, air shocks ... they will all do the trick. But don't expect good handling with them; not if the suspension all around is old and needs a rebuild.
