NAPA for the cheap tool!
The technique is to run along under untill you hit a clip. The "T" shaped tool will have a finger under the clip and you will give a slight sideways movement like turning on your kitchen faucet, it will move the clip out of the grove in the underside and you lift that part of the molding off of the clip.
EASY DOES IT !!!!!!!!
