I have a gopher, how do I kill it?

We had ground hornets here, my neighbors son poured about half a gallon of gas in the hole on his side of the hedge. He came over to warn me and failed to tell me about the gas. Well, he went back and threw a match at the hole! There was a incredible explosion he was a little singed and we had a small fire! NO MORE BEES! He did look funny without eyebrows, I had to explain the whole thing to his father. We still laugh about it.
