mopar or edelbrock intake?

i need help .I recently got a318 out of a 68 charger for my 72 dart /6 to 8 conversion.I want to increase horses and performance.my question is do i go with a performer or mopar intake and why.which is better?i m also thinking of changing the cam and am courious about the purple .which onedo i get? whats the difference. any help would be appreciated
