Overheard at a car show

Okie-Dokie, Here's some of mine (not all A-body, not all car show)

I had a beautiful 79 Dodge Aspen bracket car that was constantly refered to as a Nova by announcers. On a dare I entered a Super Chevy Show with it (I told them it was a "Canadian" Nova) went three rounds too, then somebody ratted me out...........................

Just once I like to go to a car show and hear some Heavy Metal.......I mean, like how many times can you listen to "Little Duece Coupe" or whatever.

My 65 Dart GT gets more comments on its fenderwell headers than anything else. Other than being asked, "what year is your Mustang?"

My favorite "know it all" guy was the one who kept spouting about knowing all about everything. Some guy shows up with an early Barracuda with a 64 Dart nose. We tell the guy it was the first prototype "Dodge Challenger" so if the new Barracuda sells really well, the Dodge dealers will have something to sell too. Oh yeah, he knew all about that.......Knew a dealer guy who had one for a while......

Finally: If you can't tolerate a small child touching your car, leave it at home. Most are quite respectful, but they are curious. On the other hand, adults who want to check it out please have the courtesy to ask first. P.S. leave your damm sniffing, yapping, peeing, humping dogs at home. It's a car show, not Westminster...:munky2:

LMAO! I have to admit I've never once been humped by a dog at a car show, but a little kid dropped his hot dog in the zoomies on the altered last year.
