help with decode on 69 barracuda fenter tag related to weird interior option

I post questions related to my weird interior option. So I have a seperate thread for the decoding the finder tag in case other werent intrested in the interior issue but could help with the fender tag info. I will try and give all correct..tag is very rusty.

I believe that is what it says might have a few on bottom serial wrong.
