Size and type of tire..

Folks,

I was looking for the max size of rim on the back of a duster w/o tubbing or moving springs and i believe someone said 9 inches..what if the offset was changed..I would like to have double the front size..

I guess this should be the first question..I grew up with bias ply but radials are now the only tire I think of but after ready a bunch of mopar mags, I knotice that many are going back to bias ply...are they better ??

Lastly, I am in the process of referbishing a set of disk brake stuff to do the conversion before I drop in the 360...however, over my vacation I noticed an add for musclecarbrakes which state that their drums are better than the disk brakes..and cheaper..been around for a bunch of years...anyone try them ?
