I have been trying to get a guy to sell a 66 Dart for about two years now, not sure what it is may be a "D" Dart....it's a white 66 GT with red interior. It has the original 273 4bbl, 4spd..it's all there but it is rough...needs everything redone...even the glass, windshield and rear window have fogged.
Is there any way to tell if this is a D Dart? I personally don't think it's worth the $1000.00 he wants for it, in parts maybe, unless it's something special.

Probably not...I already have three projects and a parts car and I live in a development...and besides that I don't have an extra $1000. cash, cause there's always my income tax that needs paying, my real estate tax bill came in last week...but then again if I can make a half a mil...lol

isn't the D dart a factort light weight 66 dart?

doubt this is, I seen one and if memory is correct there were limited number built

Howdy,My Dad always told me not to bother a guy about a vehicle unless you have money in you pocket to make a deal with.Otherwise you are just rattleing the guys cage and eventually he'll get tired of you wasting his time.Second How Bad do you want the car? If you are serious then Be a stand up guy and buy it! otherwise stick with what you have at least it's paid for.I'm alot like you too many projects & very little storage. I'm not trying to be mean or anything like that.Just some friendly advice8)

i agree i get people all the time trying to buy my dart or the challenger and they always ask if they are for sale.. i tell them everything is for sale, i tell them what i want they balk, so i ask them what they would offer and they never have any money... wtf?? so what difference does it make if its for sale or not??
