Like to add that the flow is a wet flow (air/fuel) also. And I believe the screens can cause the fuel to fall out of suspension in the form of fuel droplets as the air/fuel tries to pass thru it. Which could effectively lean out the mix. Good advise from BJR. 'Roughen" the wall surface with a course grit cartridge roll and call it good. Good luck. Terry.
