Another slow 340

Get 4.10+ gears to start, bump the intial timing up as high as it'll start with and limit the total to around 30*-34* all in at 1800-2200rpm.
Then get a 2800-3000 stall converter.

Just a start.

I don't like that cam for what you are doing.
