is this a good deal or a bad radiator?

He has good feedback,I seen two of his neautral feedback were for it being from china,and one was for leaking but customer noted he got full refund plus shipping costs,other couple comments were from whiney babies about not fitting perfect(had to drill holes diffrently)so i'd say it's a good deal if it will keep the car cool....jmo i'd try one out in my car
