Mold

I had some mold issues in a rental property I own and my wife found on line that "bleach'' should not be used as it does not kill the mold. I think it said most any household cleaner without bleach is acceptable.
I get mold inside my cars in the garage, winter or summer I get condensation.
In the summer the garage stays cooler then outside but when I open the doors I get condensation..in the winter the garage is cold, I turn on the heater and I get condensation...
