Also, make sure it's not starting at the point where the head/intake/block all meet, and just running down the side. Also ,I think there is a freeze plug on the end of some heads. Take a break..it's only April..plenty of time to put down the tools, ignore it for a little while, and still have it ready for a summer of cruising.
