In most cases it will have very little parts to use.The block and crank and rods should be kept.The cam is for idle to 2500RPM and the heads are normally very small ports,low end torque only.The crank could have a none drilled mounting face,and a different bolt pattern as well for the applacation.No one should pay any big money for these,as the parts you intend to use are few.You are doing them a favout to take it of there hands and reuse it,Mrmopartech
