If you want a used one, I'm parting a 74 dart in Melville Sk. Not sure of the condition and not sure if it's 100% compatible, but if you pay the shipping, its yours.

Is It outta of the car already? Im Thinking there cant be a lot of Difference? Will look in to it. Thanks FOR the offer And will reply real soon Thanks D

check some of the other threads in electrical. I remember someone talking about a harness from EZ wire. I think that was the name of it cheaper than yearone and also painless wiring.

Well, the harness is not out of the car yet, it's a runner and driver and I'm still moving it around the yard to cut the grass underneath, but that can change quickly. Some changes might be needed, but they may be a good thing too. Electronic ignition and solid state voltage regulator come to mind, not sure what the changeup year was, but this harness has got them. As to Painless and the other "Hotrod" wiring harnesses out there, I've installed plenty of them for the hotrodders and what they do, they do well, but they are not plug and play. Typically set up for GM steering columns and the Painless uses a GM style fusebox that is an absolute pain to mount. You can really go to town with custom routing with this setup and lose all the clutter on your firewall, but if you want something original, not the way to go.

I used to sell the EZ Wire product. Prices went up, but a very good harness. Get the 21 ckt mini fuse panel. Still geared to the GM column hot rod market, but the GXL wire labelled with functions and the super small, easy to mount fusebox are worth the price. Still figure on a lot of fabrication to make it work. I'm going to use one on my Cuda, but try to wire it thru the factory style firewall connectors. Lots of work, but worth it just to get rid of the glass fuses. You will need to salvage all the connectors for headlights, wipers, etc. from your old harness or source new ones, but if you are making significant changes from stock, might be the way to go.

Even tho My cars not a stocker, hate changing things don't have the patience. Rather drop the $$ and it fits. But The YEARONE HARNESS is expensive. Dont worry than if the Harness is still in the car Thanks D

I went through the same headache, and the options are few, and they suck.
I ended up buying large spools of wire in different colors, different connectors, etc, and using the wiring diagrams I replaced what was damaged, too short from years of hacking, etc. And I kept to my goal of using little to no electrical tape.
Keep the plastic connectors to use over, and you can get the metal connectors for those and the bulkhead on-line or at a good parts store.
Then I bought some different sizes of the asphalt covered wire loom, and the large size of electrical tape to wrap some sections, the same as what was there, and it looks like new.
I replaced all of the bulbs, cleaned the lenses, fixed the grounds and added a few, and everything works great.
It was my dash harness and the rear harness that were the issues. I left them plugged in one area and laid them out of the car on the front lawn and went to work. It took a full day, but it was well worth it and I spent less than $100 for all the stuff.

Another idea that I got from looking at the aftermarket distributor I bought, is the connector on the distributor is a new style waterproof connector, with 3 wires on each side. I have a new trailer hitch wire connector kit in my toolbox that has a similar connector with the wires. I did not use it, but if I ever needed such a connection it is a good alternative - and cheap.

Hope this helps.

Evans states publicly they won't make the dash harness, but they have made those harnesses for some people on the Moparts website, when the owner can provide the original for mockup.
